Playcard TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Terms & Conditions

  • The Playcard promotion went into effect Tuesday, August 3, 1999 with the distribution of Playcard and the accumulation of Playcard Points for programs or memberships purchased beginning Fall '99. The Playcard Points program is ending in 2010. Points earning ended on March 5, 2010 and Points redemption will terminate at the close of business on September 30, 2010.
  • Playcard Points in accounts not used for a period of two years or more will expire and be removed from the account.
  • The North Vancouver Recreation Commission reserves the right to terminate or modify the promotion.
  • The North Vancouver Recreation Commission, from time to time, may have to rewrite, alter or suspend aspects of the promotion, with or without notice.
  • North Vancouver Recreation Commission will not honour Playcard Points beyond the termination date of September 30, 2010.
  • To participate in the program as a Playcard member, you must be a Playcard holder.
  • The North Vancouver Recreation Commission reserves the right to limit the number of registrants paying for a program with Points in any given program.
  • The North Vancouver Recreation Commission reserves the right to suspend any Playcard Point collector from the promotion, and forfeit accumulated Points, for misuse, misrepresentation and abuse of rules and regulations governing the promotion.
  • This promotion is not valid with any other promotion offered by the North Vancouver Recreation Commission.
  • The North Vancouver Recreation Commission has relationships with other companies, whereby such other companies may restrict, suspend, otherwise alter or terminate their programs with or without notice to members. Through our Playcard partners, immediate discounts are offered to the Playcard
    holder with the presentation of the card.
  • The Playcard is the property of the North Vancouver Recreation Commission and may be unilaterally revoked at any time by the North Vancouver Recreation Commission in its sole discretion.
  • The Playcard is not a credit card.
  • The Playcard and barcode are registered by the North Vancouver Recreation Commission in the participant's name.
