The Pay with Points program is being retired in 2010. Point earning ended on March 1, 2010. Â
Customers are being given an additional six months until September 30, 2010 to continue to redeem their points. Point redemption will end on September 30, 2010 and all unused points will be expired on October 1, 2010.

Between March 5 and September 30, 2010, Playcard points may be redeemed for:
- Introductory fitness memberships
- Child's membership pass
- Public swim admission book of 10 tickets at Griffin, Andrews, Magnussen and Harry Jerome Community Recreation Centres
- Public skate admission book of 10 tickets and book of 10 rental tickets at Magnussen and Harry Jerome Community Recreation Centres
- Drop in Squash & Racquetball Court Bookings at Andrews & Delbrook Community Recreation Centres
- Child minding Book of 10 Tickets at Andrews, Griffin, Harry
Jerome, and Parkgate.

How to redeem Playcard points:
Playcard points may be redeemed for the entire cost or partial payment of your program registration or public admission book tickets. Just call 604-987-Play(7529) or drop into your neighbourhood Community Recreation Centres.
Points can be used to pay for up to 100% of the cost of selected programs.
To redeem Points for in-person transactions, you must show your picture Playcard (or photo ID). To redeem points for phone transactions, you must know your Playcard Account number.
Your current points balance is listed on your registration receipt.
Playcard Points are not redeemable for cash. Points may not be returned or exchanged for cash.
Points reside on the family account and so may be redeemed by any family member.
