Learn about proper body positioning, use of hamstrings and calves, sprinting and hill climbing. Experience the exhilaration of biking-no matter what the weather!
Choose from one of the registered programs below or drop in for a 50-minute Indoor Cycle/Spin Cycle class at Harry Jerome Centre. There are only a limited number of cycle machines available at any time, so we recommend you register for the programs below (rather than just drop in).
