Daycamps Forms
Once you've chosen a daycamp, please be sure to print off, fill out and sign our Daycamp Parental Consent Form. (
PDF 24.3KB) Bring it with you when you drop off your child for the daycamp and hand it to the Daycamp Leader on the first day. Our daycamp staff must have this form before you leave for the day so they know how and with whom your child will be returning home.
Does your child have a disability?
If your child has a developmental or physical disability and requires support to attend a northvanrec Daycamp, we can offer up to one week of assistance with a Daycamp Support Leader at no additional cost to you. If this service interests you, please contact Jackie Hamm, Recreation Access Programmer at jhamm@jbcc.ca or call 604-561-2313.
Volunteer support for your child
If your child would benefit from volunteer support to participate in a daycamp or program, please contact Volunteer Resources Programmer, Meh Najak at 604-983-6417 to discuss the options available for your child.
