Answers to your Top Queries

Q1. How do I register online?
Everyone can search for programs online, but you must have a Playcard and your family's Personal Identification Number (PIN) to register online. Visit your local Centre to obtain your FREE Playcard and PIN.

Follow these easy steps:

  • From the home page, click on the big arrow to eReg in the top right-hand corner.
  • Click on the 'My Basket' tab.
  • Enter your family PIN and Playcard number.
  • Under the 'Activities' tab, search for the programs you want to register for.
  • When you find a desired course, click on the 'Add' button to put it into your basket. If there is no 'Add' button visible, this course is either not available for Internet registration or is full (in which case, you can be waitlisted).
  • After you've added all the courses you want to your basket, click on the 'My Basket' tab to review your selection.
  • Proceed to the 'Checkout' to make your payment with VISA® or MasterCard®.
  • Print your receipt before you exit eReg.

Q2. How do I find a particular course?
Use the 'Find a Program' search feature on the right-hand side of this page. Select the relevant category. You can also search programs using the eReg system. Click on the eReg button on the top right of this page, then select the 'Activities' tab and begin your search.
